This is one of the Shan delicious dishes. We called it "Phak Khee Mong Khoe" in Shan and "Sa Mone Yawt A Si Pyan Kyaw" in Burmese. I can't figure it out the name of this vegetable in English. It just like the durian lover and non-durian lover.
