This dish is one of the Shan well-known dishes. It is called "Nam Phit Par Htoo". It is make up of a certain kind of fish which I can't figure it out its name in English. But when you see it in the picture that follows, you will know what kind of fish it is. The way of making this dish is quite simple. Since it is a Shan dish, it is require a powder of fermented soybean which is the required ingredient in almost Shan dish.
The require ingredients are as follow:
Some onions, garlic, red chillies, and fermented soybean.
Two fish and it has to be the kind of fish shown in the picture below.
This is the grilling of the onions, garlic, and red chillies.
Mixing up and this is the final process.
